2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 10 or more days before the course start date are eligible for a refund.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 10 days of the course.

• Refunds are processed within 7 business days of approval.

• Notify instructors of any special needs or concerns in advance.

• Respect the rights and opinions of other participants.

• Reproduction or distribution of materials without authorization is prohibited.

TravelVista is not responsible for:

• Loss or theft of personal items during sessions.

• Injuries or accidents caused by participant negligence.

• Disruptions due to unforeseen events, such as natural disasters or technical issues.
